Cancel a Command

Available in: Free, Plus, Pro, Architectural

To cancel a command in Draft it simply right click the mouse or hit the Escape button example image key on the keyboard. The exceptions to this are when drawing a Polyline Polyline button example image or an Area Fill Area fill button example image boundary where This is equivalent to pressing Escape button example image on your keyboard. or right click finishes the drawing process.

In the majority of cases selecting another command would cancel the current operation, however there are exceptions to this such as drawing/modifying commands are not cancelled by Zoom functions.
